Need some 'reasons' to hire a coordinator for your big day?? We have many stories of dramas we have averted, the couples never knew there were issues until AFTER their big day... Father of the Bride forgot his checkbook at home, 15 miles away, and had a band who REFUSED to play without their final payment. We left the reception went to the father’s home, found the checkbook and came back to pay the band. The Bride, Groom and guests never noticed since they were busy eating. The dad got to eat dinner and be there for the toasts and the band got their check! A bakery dropped off a cake that was less than perfect... The cascade of strawberries had gone bad in the HOT van on the way to the reception venue. The driver said they didn't have anything to replace the AWFUL looking berries and left. We RAN to the store and purchased a batch of fresh - beautiful - berries and fixed the cake. The couple didn't know anything had happened. We wait to tell you until AFTER the event so that you can 'deal' with the issue after your big day. A photographer called in ... he couldn't make it to the event as he was now in the hospital. He didn't have a backup shooter...With our contacts we were able to call in a favor and have a top photographer arrive at the event and take wonderful photos to capture the magic of the event. And there are a TON more stories... The only certainty for an event is that there will be things that go wrong. Our job is to make sure you, your family and your friends do not know about it until later. That way your ONLY job is to enjoy your event.
